I wrote a different recap Monthly for about a year and a half maybe less than that until Owen Hart Passed away at a Pay Per View in May of 1999 and I believe the newsletter continued a month or so after and than closed down. I still have every copy of the newsletter till this day… well Once the year 1999 was about to come to an end as well, I met former WWF Women’s Champion Leilani Kai who at this time was working for WCW and as a simple fan of hers during the rock n wrestling era. I expected it to be a one time deal, requested an autograph which she did and I still have the autograph till this day and we became instant friends after that… After the year 2000.… WWF at this point was making a mockery out of Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young and The big Three WWF, WCW, & ECW was paying more attention to the ladies as sex symbols and not athletes and Once the internet became a Big hit, all the popular Websites were paying tribute to sex in wrestling and not there talents… Leilani very upset at the change in the wrestling product and truly believes in old school wrestling was venting to me how she felt about it..

I simply responded by saying if I knew how to make a website, I wouldn’t do that at all… She than made a deal with me if I learned how she would grant me an online interview which she rarely does….

The Interview was done December of 2000 but didn’t get published until May of 2001 the debut of Insane Plan making her my first Major update!

Since Than… Insane Plan has interviewed literally thousands of personalities, indy stars, legends, big names, and Promoters. Insane Plan has also worked on many projects in raising money for charities, such as Autism awareness, Breast Cancer Research, Children’s charities. Insane Plan also took a turn in helping Book tons of indy stars and also have done Live event reports and partners with the top indy feds in Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, Vermont, Baltimore & New York and even the Man with the Plan has done work behind the scenes, ring announced, run in’s and connected with my own small fan base.. Insane Plan has guest on Trash Talking Radio and mentioned on In Your Face wrestling and First State Championship wrestling Dvd’s…

All that and more in the last 10 years of working for the sport I never thought I would work for.. Growing up my dream was to be a professional wrestler and in my heart I knew I could never accomplish that dream due to personal issues that stood in my way and every chance I would mention this dream… it got crushed by my peers every time.. So I just gave up and never really did anything to work for it, however I would still never stop being a fan and if it wasn’t for Leilani kai who influenced me into building Insane Plan, I would never expected the opportunities I have gotten over the years in this business.

The Number one opportunity I got was the fans and friends I made over the years… If it wasn’t for Insane Plan I would not have ever met the fans, staff, and workers who all became my friends in the course of the 10 years… It’s because of them is why I am still working in wrestling and I cherish every Feedback weather it was negative or positive, opinions, suggestions, and ideas that help Insane Plan and myself to be what we are today. The People is what makes my plan INSANE!

With that being said, In all my years doing what I love to do best… and could go on and on with many highlights I have had in this business but my ultimate highlight is reaching ten years.. It truly is an honor to be serving all of you the very best in pro wrestling and I wouldn’t have it any other way.. This truly is an accomplishment in my professional life in wrestling and I thank all of you for keeping me more Insane now than I was when I started in 2001..

Sunny Days just became Dark in the WWE

I guess it’s about time that I respond to the WWE’s Hall of fame induction of Sunny.. As most of you know that I worked with sunny in West Virginia 6 months ago…. During the WWF’s hype on Sunny in 1996, I was a big fan of her’s and supported her because she did bring entertainment to the fans… After her stay in the WWF, I was more interested of her time in ECW as I got to see her more physically involved in matches and worked with the other women and from that gained more of my respect as a performer… It wasn’t until I saw her in WCW when I first realized she was going down hill in her personal life.. When she debuted in WCW I thought we were getting another chance to see a Sunny Personality each and every week on Nitro but instead we saw a Woman slowly dying each and every week when she did appear and even more embarrassing was her matches she had with the other WCW female talents.. Well after she departed from WCW… I got to read reports of her working with Missy Hyatt for a Nude website, she had a Drug problem that was so out of control it was rumored to be the main factor of all her releases from WWE, WCW, & ECW. She also would work independent dates impaired due to her drug usages, she also gained so much weight but later confirmed it was a thyroid problem, There were also many reports of Sunny sleeping around the Locker-room in both the WWE & ECW all while still in a relationship with Chris Candito, and if that wasn’t bad enough, the wrestling world lost a great performer Chris Candito in which also reports that set her over the edge. All this negative publicity and Insane Plan and myself still stayed faithful in respecting her as a performer and not one piece of news Insane Plan would report due to the respect of Sunny..

Insane Plan wanted to Interview Sunny about her career in a positive light which her career in my opinion was a positive thing… I wanted to interview Sunny about her career in the WWE, The Slammys, ECW, XPW, & WCW and learn more about Sunny as a performer not the woman that faced demons as she did..

As soon as WWE billed Sunny as the first original diva.. I agreed because during that era Sunny was the first Woman to bring sex in the wrestling industry. However after being Billed as the first diva from the WWE.. She let it get to her head real quick, esp. after claming that when working with Jacky Gayda in a match, Jacky did not acknowledged Sunny as the woman that paved her way when Jacky just simply said Hi to her.. Sunny went off in this shoot interview as disrespectful and that if it wasn’t for Sunny, Jacky Gayda wouldn’t of had a job in wrestling.
Who is to say if it wasn’t for the likes of Miss Elizabeth or Sensational Sherri is the reason Jacky Gayda got into wrestling. Sunny wasn’t even from the 80s.. Remember all the females that came before her all could of easily be the reason women got into wrestling after. Know your history… Fabulous Moolaha, Wendi Ricter, Miss Elizabeth, Sensational Sherri, Luna Vachon, Madusa, Woman, Baby Doll, Missy Hyatt, Precious, and even many more than that have paved the way… You want to be the first diva! Great but give these women credit for paving the way for you to even have the title Diva and the job as Sunny.. I think your even lucky to be in the same building as Miss Jacky for the acts you have done in the wrestling business, very surprised you haven‘t been black balled from the biz!

Her Next acts are comments she made about Lacy Von Eric and the drugs that claimed her family’s life. I can’t remember her comments word for word but I will tell you that they were uncalled for.. Sunny out of everybody knows the toll the drugs did on her as well as Chris Candito and for her to poke fun at Lacy history is nothing more than garbage if you ask me.. I will be the first to admit, Lacy doesn’t know how to work as a professional wrestler. When I Interviewed Lacy, she was a very nice girl but wasn’t professional and didn’t know how to be interviewed and I took that she would gain experience down the road and I do think she wasn’t ready even for TNA when she got there but the fact is she did and made a name for herself with or without the experience as a professional wrestler.. Sunny got to the WWF as a no name with very little experience and grew up from that.. The only difference between Lacy and Sunny is that Lacy never resort to drugs the way Sunny has.

Now my favorite Topic is Sable…I remember being a kid, and loving the fact the WWF had Sunny, Marlena, & Sable and each of them very rarely worked together but when two of them did… It was exciting to see as a fan!

We all know marlena’s role was Goldust’s valet and than the blond bombshells Sunny and Sable and I had always wanted to see the two work a storyline together but never did and even as a kid I thought they might have a real life hate towards each other and just accepted that they both had there own direction in the company. Well Come to find out years later they really did hate each other and even more so on Sunny’s end than Sable.

After the Era of sunny and sable was over, Sunny went on record as calling Sable a cunt, a pig, and how much she hated sable and than stirred up controversy between Sable and her Husband Brock Lesner and made jokes of Sable have kids after 40. The thing that is beautiful is that Sable not once after 14 years have ever responded to her ugly comments nor ever cared about them… She did make one rare comment in a interview saying that she was flattered Sunny still talks about her and even said on top of that, she would still work with her on a professional level if asked too.. It’s time to let that go Sunny! Sable made the WWE Money during her run and I am not much of a sable fan but I do respect her for not letting the likes of sunny’s childish way break her sprit.

Than Sunny Makes comments on Miss Elizabeth & Sensational Sherri saying how beautiful Elizabeth is but did nothing and how ugly Sherri is and did too much… and also how Sunny was the first to have T shirts made, and her own video, and blab blab blab.. Sunny was the first to have many T shirts in one year, I’ll give her that but Miss Elizabeth, Sherri, & Alundra Blayze all had T shirts made before Sunny.. Video in dedication to one woman has also been done by Miss Elizabeth first.. Magazine covers, Miss Elizabeth had many Magazine Covers way before Sunny’s time in the WWF, dare I say Sunny only had like three WWF Magazine Covers and along with Miss Elizabeth Sable also beat Sunny out on the number of covers. As far as Hosting her own show which sunny is proud of but also been done by Miss Elizabeth and even Missy Hyatt first… So here is the history folks.. Sunny might be the first Diva but she is not the first selling diva compare to the other women that came before her.

Now My Comments on Her Hall of Fame Induction is just another excuse for her ego to go straight to her head… If Sunny wasn’t a bitch in the public’s eye and treated other personalities in the Business the way she does and treated me with respect when I worked with her, I might of looked at this induction differently and probably would of agreed to it as a good choice. But it’s not, She’s more of a joke than Drew Carry’s induction into the Hall of Fame! It’s not right for her to Jump around the indy shows telling the world she’s the first diva and women like Miss Elizabeth and sensational sherri Don’t matter! Sunny is a great Performer but a cancer in the biz for how she treats people and bashes them… I would never work with Sunny Again nor would I ever even think about wanting to interview her… If I do get the opportunity to interview her.. It would be me putting the facts about herself on the Table.. Her reasoning for not Liking Sable is because she is a Horrible Human Being as sunny puts it. I can’t see Sable be any more horrible than Sunny..

Sunny truly does not respect herself, the WWE, the Hall of Fame, and the fans who made her! That to me is a Horrible Human being and my only hope for Sunny in the Hall of Fame is that just like the Slammy Awards… Next year Sable would be inducted into the Hall of Fame and take the spot light again from Sunny …

Raw is Old School

It’s great to get this column back on the website and not the usual when I talk about a show I am on or discussing the annual website once a year…

It’s been a crazy year so far and we still only got a month left of it…

To Recap the year and review real quick… Insane Plan conducted interviews this past year with former WWE, WCW, ECW, XPW, & TNA alumni with stars such as Lady Blossom, Molly Holly, Taylor Vaughn, Jamie D, Christian York, Fifi, & April Hunter… Insane Plan also shifted from the work of the website to being live such as an hour and a half on Trash Talking Radio, and making appearances in cross over work with 1CW and Covey doing guest ring announcing, Run in’s and Live Reports..

During my adventure I got to meet, greet, work with, and hang out with stars such as Axl Rotten, Superfly Jimmy Snuka, Christian York, Hurricane Helms, Julenio Denero, Shane Douglas, Tatanka, Sunny and so many more..

Although this adventure had it’s up and down’s, I would not trade this experience for anything in this world…

I also faced turmoil as I relocated to Baltimore, traveled on the road, did odd jobs as a landscaper & Metal Scrapper to make enough just to eat and smoke a pack of cigarettes, Lost my laptop due to not been able to afford it, was in a severe car accident that messed up my shoulder, neck, & ribs and now facing a lawsuit against the other driver who caused the accident, Lost a loved one who was involved in the accident a month after and than I relocated to a small town in the mountains of West Virginia and have been jobless with my time shifted in the work of Tattoo’s just to get by..

It’s been a crazy year in the life of John Mikels inside and outside of the Pro wrestling Business but I am still doing a lot of work in the Business as I am in negations to make appearances for feds in West Virginia, Tennessee, & New York and many surprises for the up coming 10th anniversary of Insane Plan.. Already confirmed is an interview with former WWE Women’s champion… so you can only imagine how Insane this update’s going to be.

Okay enough with me personally and on to Monday is old school this past Monday night on WWE Raw or should I say WWF Raw… Watching WWE go back to the way WWF use to be, brought back many memories.. The Opening credits, the blue steps, the vintage logo’s, the Promo’s, Manager’s at ringside, and of course the return of legends….

I truly believe WWE Should bring back what was at one point old school like Manager’s at ringside… That was a great experience as a child to grow up and watch the likes of Jimmy hart, Bobby the Brain, Harvy Wipplemen, DR. of Style Slick, Jim Cornette, Mr. Fuji. And so many more. This is sports entertainment and what better way to entertain the fans with managers making the star’s stand out, interfere, and take bumps .. WWE is on the right track bringing back Paul Bearer but they need to bring a few more to help the newer talent in the WWE

Another great thing was Tito Santana’s appearance which he will be booked for my Home Fed In your Face Wrestling on December 11th in a tag team match pitting him and Vigo against Max Burton and the beat Pierre Vachon, all who I have interviewed at one point on Insane Plan

If that wasn’t enough…. Tatanka making an appearance in a backstage cameo.. He is truly RAW is old school. I got the pleasure of watching his work on Covey Pro in West Virginia when he was training students prior to his match against Shane Douglas w/Sunny!

Also on my adventure on the road, I worked with Jimmy The Superfly Snuka in Delaware which is where he retired wrestling in the main event, he made a return only as a manager alongside Tamlia this past Monday which saw there team the uso’s loose… something that was disappointing to see

Than seeing my all time favorites Mean Gene make a comeback for the night… He truly is the Voice of the WWE, would love to see him back on a fulltime scale..

What was also surprising to see was a promo by the late lord Alfred Hayes, WWE Somehow was able to bring back his old promo clip and made it work which was great as jerry the king lawler said, there is life after death..

Speaking of death, one thing I was glad but in the same sense wasn’t was the mention of Macho Man Randy Savage and Miss Elizabeth compared to the currant couple of Dolph Ziggler and Vicki Gurrero.. I am always in support for a couple of today’s wrestling but don’t hold it as the same caliber as Macho Man and Elizabeth esp. Doulph and Vicki

This Monday also Marked history as Mae Young defeated Lay-Cool making her the first and only wrestler to have a record match at least one or more in each decade.. And of Monday.. She has competed in nine!

Raw is old school also witness what use to be popular is tag partners turn on each other such as Tyson Kid did with DH Smith… they had a great run as a Tag Team but would love to see DH Break out as a single wrestler the same way His father the late British Bulldog did..

Than the surprise return of the Animal George Steel.. A bizarre personality we will always remember and love!!

Over and all RAW is old school was a great way to go down in memory lane and saw a lot of icons and legends return for one night only which most I would hope come back on a semi fulltime scale for just one more run!

You can go to In the corner with Nay Nay to read the full recaps of Monday is old school..

To get back to what’s insane… you can also check out Brittany’s news page with an added feature Insane’s Youtube Central which includes videos of my time in First State Championship Wrestling, as well as tributes of my life outside of wrestling and promos of Insane’s own Crazii Shea and Alexandra…

Thank you all for keeping me insane,
Til next time

--John Mikels

Thank you!!!

Wow, I can't believe it's been Nine years since I started this web site... I remember when this was just an idea that I felt wasn't going to make it past the first year and here we are Nine Years later!
Well usually I write talking about the experiences I have had running the web site every year for the update but this year I want to give out credit, thank You's and shout out's to all the people that help me keep working in the business for as long as I have been.
(1) First The Fans.... I never even would of imagine having my own fan base do to the work involved with the web site.. It's been a great experience and an honor to be serving all you the information I possibility can provide and it's been nothing short of an amazing ride!
(2) The Insane Staff, This Web site wouldn't be nothing without any of you and your input and I truly truly do appreciate all you have done for the web site, However Although I just hired a whole team of staff, I have to really geek out and say that the two most faithful staff from almost the beginning of the web site Dr. Wrestling & Nay Nay...
You Both kept working on the web site when I couldn't at times, you both encouraged me during times I almost gave up, and I am glad I didn't... It's been an amazing ride up and down and without you both, I wouldn't have the web site the way it is now after nine years!
(3) Crazii Shea, It's funny how shit works out... I discovered you during your first year in wrestling and you discovered Insane Plan it's first year of existence and together we helped each other grow and who would of ever thought Nine years later we would be more respected for our work than laughed at when we started! Your an amazing guy and always found a way to keep me going with the web site and I am glad to call you more than just a friend but my brother!
(4) Max "The AX" Burton & The Hard-core cowgirl Alexandra.... Again, who would of ever thought one buiness deal turns into a life long friendship.. I honestly would never expect to do a basic segment and now at the point where we talk almost everyday... and help eachother in our personal lives as well as cross promoing the website and feds.
I mean, I experience so much opportunity thanks to the work on Insane Plan.. but none of those times compares to the show you both did in New York for Insane Plan... That truly truly was an amazing experience and brought the kid out of me at an indy show just watching a DVD!.. I love you both for that and much more than just the work but the friendship I will forever cherish!! not only do you guys make me feel like I am apart of the wrestling family, but you make me feel like I have a purpose in the wrestling family and I will forever be thankful for the spot you both and the feds have giving me
(5) Kevin, Chrissy, Renee, and the members of the Misselizabeth.com.....So So So honored to be apart of the fan base of the first lady of wrestling... When I joined the ordinal web site, I never thought it went from showcasing how wonderful Miss Elizabeth is into paying respect to her memory years later... It was such a horrible loss!!! when finding out about her death on my local news, it really affected me as I grew up being the man that was suppose to marry her, But because of her legacy is how we were able to meet and work together and if it wasn't for her we would all be strangers, So I truly believe everything happens for a reason and look at us now! I was able to be apart of the best Web site in honoring Miss Elizabeth and not to mention working for the staff as well as helping induct miss Elizabeth into the hall of fame.. I take great pride in my work and being your friend.. I enjoy every minute of our times we spent on the web site and outside the web site!
(6) Mike Trash, Thank you so much for the opportunity to interview you on your own show and to let me promote the web site, That was truly an amazing experience that I will never ever forget. I had so much fun with you, Trish and the fans from the chat room and learned so much about your personal life inside and outside the Biz and was truly honored that you shared that with me and truly one of the best Interviews I have done in the last 9 years. I hope to one day make it back on your show and have that same experience again. Trash Talking Radio is truly the number one Internet radio show out there today and no radio show comes to comparison as to yours. You truly built that empire and made it to what it is today.. Thank you for the years of entertainment on the indy scene and the show!
(7) Thank You to Covey Promotions for giving me an opportunity to work with you closely and the whole fed as a whole, it's been a great experience and I look forward to many more opportunities within your fed. It truly is an honor!

Crazii Weekend!!

This Special Blog actually is me writing about my experience spending a weekend with a Pro Wrestler in Pittsburgh..

Before I get to the fun stuff in the weekend we did.. Crazii Shea and I met about 10 years ago thanks to the beauty of Insane Plan, where I interviewed him and he came to the NWA East show to wrestle where I met him for the first time in person.. but for the last 10 years we kept in touch personally and professionally... After 10 years of Erik Shea bitching about me going to his hometown of Baltimore, MD, he decided to be like I am coming down to Pittsburgh...

I decided, to buy his ticket and plan a weekend out of it... and it was a weekend I was throwing a FUCK THE WORLD PARTY..

so it starts with Thursday That I worked in the morning and getting ready to go downtown Pittsburgh to pick up Erik from the bus station.. all day at work Erik had me nervous about missing the bus... Playing jokes on me over the phone.. It got me calling his grandma to make sure he really didn't miss the bus lol..

so I gathered my Mom's best friend Marcie to pick him up with me, not my idea of course.. Marcie helped herself get in contact with Erik on Facebook and Erik was interested in meeting her after I begged him not to due to how she is..

Erik wanted too so I gave in and once we picked Erik up, we went to order Pizza and chilled at Marcie's place in Glassport where we got to chill with my friend Joey who was her son...

Marcie actions from Thursday leading to Friday was so embarrassing for me and Joey and although Erik was a good sport about it, Marcie really was very immature and wanted to fit in and be accepted so much that I couldn't take it anymore.

anyway's, Erik brought me a T Shirt from his DCW days where the artwork came from DC Comics which is so awesome and something I will forever cherish and brought me a stack of DVDS for me to watch his Wrestling and Boxing matches, a lot that I haven't seen in the last 10 years and something I asked Erik to bring me so I could watch it and even for Marcie to enjoy also.. I was lucky enough to see at least the little I did because Marcie kept interrupting my time watching them to talk about herself and not only that, Erik explaining to me about the matches before hand. That pissed me off and I kept telling her please let me watch these I don't care about yourself!!

Friday Morning comes around and I am having issues with my Girlfriend Shar about coming to the party I was having Saturday, and Erik wanted to know what was going on as I tried to explain to him and Marcie ran into the apartment screaming off the top of her lungs about her boyfriend or some shit like that and would not for the life of me tell my story about Shar, it got me to flip out on Marcie to shut up and put her in her place and marcie like what's wrong with you and I even heard Erik say he's trying to tell you, you won't let him talk..

So all I wanted was to go back to my apartment with Erik and it got me telling him, I told you so and never again, you wanted to see the worse, you got the worse.. Now lets have some real fun..

So Friday happens and I am wondering what to plan for Erik to have a good time, the plan was suppose to be going to the Irish Center for a Rave but the tickets are 25 dollars and we don't have that kind of money so I wanted to gather my CO Workers Dylan and Laura and Laura brought Luke and see if they wanted to come to my apartment and hang out with me and Erik and listen to music and drink..

So leading up to make that happen, I showed Erik around my hometown, met a couple of my friends, and showed him where I worked..

When Dylan, Laura, and Luke came up, That night was sooo much fun... Dylan was talking about his backyard wrestling days where he was a brunt of most of the jokes, and it just was a good ass time, so good.. Erik started writing quotes to take back to Baltimore and pulled me to the side and said these are very cool ass people.. I like them a lot.

So Saturday rolls around and the night of the Fuck the world Party and man I had a lot emotionally riding on this..

for one, it was at my EX Girlfriend's house Star and my current Girlfriend Shar didn't know until the day of the party and star didn't know she was coming until she was introduced to her, Erik is from out of town and him having a good time was something I really wanted, me and Dylan had a lot of damage in our friendship that this party kinda put it to the test I think, so a lot of really on the line for me and it turned out way better than I expected and the only issue was we all got kicked out at 12 30 because Star wasn't feeling good. so I brought the party back to my apartment and we finished off the night having a good time.

Sunday Erik's last day was adventure, We took the public transportation to the Bus Station downtown and had our own adventure downtown.. The bus broke down and there was a delay in him being picked up to go to Baltimore, MD.. but when The bus did show up, we hugged and said our good byes and as I was walking Erik starts to tear up and I was like awe you want a hug again so I walked back around to give him a sec. hug and that time Erik draws a crowd about how sweet two guys don't care about what other people think..

It was a blast, I learned so much of Erik in wrestling, learned some wrestling moves, got to introduce Erik to my friends who all love him and he loves all of them, got to be accepted again after a falling out 6 months ago with my circle of friends, it's been a great weekend that I honestly didn't want to end at all and were going to be making this an annual thing between me and Erik.. not once every ten years.

My Thoughts on Lilian Garcia...

I first want to say that I am for one to never discuss behind the scenes of Insane Plan, but I wouldn't be Insane if I didn't...

As I was preparing for the 9 year Annual update for Insane Plan, I was contacting big names for the update which a few I am still working out details with.. But I want to go on record that I contacted former WWE Diva Lillian Garcia's agent Steve something from her official Web site,

As you all know, I am a Big fan of Lillian Garcia, I have discussed her many times on insane Plan in the past and due to a death in a family and a friend who was in a car accident all in the same week, I couldn't even go meet her in person at the comic con in Monroeville, PA Last month which I did everything I could to meet her and due to bad timing had to back out. I actually even talked to her a few times years ago before Insane Plan even existed... just so I could personally tell her I am a fan of her's and she responded very respectful and thanked me for being a fan and in return sent me two photo autographs of herself..

What I thought I did was the right thing to do and was very professional in my e-mail request of an interview for Insane Plan with Lillian Garcia and due to my surprise he was very rude in responding to my e-mail. Although it was tuff not to cuss him out, I kept my composure and killed him with kindness as I knew that would be the right thing to do...

So after a back and forth E-mail conversation about how Rude he was and he defended himself by saying he's being Honest but even with that he was being very insulting..

The whole ordeal was that the link didn't work and I didn't have a domain name and HE was not impressed and decline my Offer on her behalf..

So I just pretty much dismissed it and still was being professional and said hopefully I will still have another shot down the road.. But my chances are only good if Lillian Garcia herself replaces him or fires him..

Anyway's, the Conversation ended with him saying that he did indeed carefully reviewed the web site and my past interviews and spoke once again on her behalf as saying Lillian Garcia likes to be in the Mix of WWE Superstars and he didn't see any of that on the Web Site and don't mean Honky Tonk Man or Doink The Clown and all he saw was a lot of Indy wrestlers and a few TNA Stars so he than RESPECTFULLY declined my offer.

So here is my Thoughts of Insanity during this situation..

Lillian Garcia in my opinion was the only Diva that holds any type of Class that was left in today's Wrestling..
Which is a quality I admire in her and one of the Main Reasons I contacted her for a request of an online interview.

After speaking with her Agent, He portrayed her as if she was in the likes of or on the same level as Anglina Jolie. and disrespect the WWE Legends and Alumni of the ones I interviewed in the past such as Doink the clown and Honky Tonk Man..

I REFUSED to believe Lillian is that Type of Person and REFUSED to believe she would be disrespectful towards me or the WWE Alumni if I personally contacted her with this request of an interview.

if It's true that he did indeed reviewed the site carefully, he would of checked out the Women of Wrestling Interviews where I did interview many of her peers during the 10 years she had a run with the WWE such as Beth Phoenix, Jacquelyn, Shelly Martinez, Trinity, Terri "Tori" Poch

maybe he is not a wrestling fan or understands the biz if he only knows Honky Tonk man and Doink The clown

So I am going off on a rant that I am still a BIG FAN OF LILIAN GARCIA and will still admire her work in entertainment but I can't say I agree with her taste in management...

Maybe she should REVIEW her agent carefully.

So I was on the phone with my friend a couple days after this situation and I decided to check out his web site for the first time... and we both had a good laugh out of it because on the very top of the web site states were friendly and easy to deal with which was not the case with me.. I have personally talked to agents and managements about interview requests in the past and have had never had a bad experience and was treated like a professional and with respect of what I believe I do best. My Mistake was that looking at his web site and a list of his clients, He is only the agent for them to be booked at comic cons or Toy conventions. He don't book them on any sort of gigs for musicians, wrestling events for the wrestlers, TV Spots for the actors, or sport events for the athletes...

and led me to believe he had a purpose and was a very important guy in the entertainment business... and seeing his pictures, he looks like a bitter old man that even his Lap dog won't sit on his lap.

I am not looking down on his work at getting them booked at comic cons and toy conventions because I make sure I try to make every single one that comes to my hometown, I am a big fan of those events but as far as his spot, he's a pretty shitty person to really make myself believe that he handles there careers when he does nothing more than just get them at the conventions.

He has NO GROUNDS to tell me anything about the website, the interviews or my request in wanting to interview Garcia when all he is, is a Comic con Booker, not a REAL AGENT as he led me to believe..

So In closing I Know Lillian Garcia wouldn't approve of his actions of the way he treated me as a professional and from someone that comes off as a professional insulting me and the wrestling biz I support as a whole on Insane Plan..

Not to mention speaking on her behalf as if she was too good to be in the Mix of what I consider WWE Legends and very great talents...

With that being said, my mistake was not reviewing him carefully or otherwise I would have disregarded ever contacting him and my advice for Journalist, webmasters, or someone that wants to book a client in general and not a toy or comic convention.. Your best bet is to contact a webmaster, the talent themselves and a REAL Agent and Manager that the talent speaks highly of!

You see fans, even after nine years of doing what I do, I learn from my mistakes every time! They get in good with a celebrity and think they are bigger than the celebrity which in steven's case that's what he was doing.

In Your Face Wrestling Review

It's been a crazy year for me... but I am not here to discuss my personal life or my goals for the web site..
I am here to talk about In Your face wrestling... Around the end of August, I got a phone call from the hard-core cowgirl Alexandra who I am close friends with and have worked with professionally since 2005 and she presented me with an idea to do a IYFW Halloween theme Show come October 10th in New York and she was asked by bookers to be a guest ring announcer for the event dressed up in a costume of her choosing. She has been working for promotional work on the web site as the sexy vixen Pandora Brew, a character me and Alexandra came up with and it took off with the hits ever since. Her idea was to be Pandora Brew dressed in a snow bunny costume.. which would make this Pandora Brew's very first Live appearance and on a wrestling show. She called me with the idea and asked me for my permission and thoughts on it and than in return she would promote the web site through out the event.. making this to my knowledge the first time insane plan would be promoted live.. That phone call was ground breaking as I with out thinking said YES YES YES!!! The verbal agreement between Insane Plan & IYFW was that Alexzandra would appear as Pandora Brew and promote the website live and The website would interview a star from the roster each and every week until the show date in new york.. Which worked out perfectly as both parties lived up to the agreement.. Insane Plan was able to interview Fronz Roddy, Burt Williams, Good Lord Willing, and Barbie. All great Interviews!!!
This offer and deal was truly the greatest highlight in Insane Plan history... and all though I was not able to be there personally, I kept tabs with Ms. Sage, IYFW Ring Girl turned full time ring announcer through out the night and waited patiently for the DVD IYFW sent me.
So My review of IYFW and the Halloween theme show is truly based on my professional opinion and nothing more than that.. I have seen tons and tons of Indy shows live and DVD's and etc. and would be saying this if there was no connection between me and IYFW.. I am speaking as a lover of the biz and when the shows both good or bad, I am the first to quickly express my feelings whether it is positive or negative. and again this review is professionally and comes straight from a fan's heart.
When I watched IYFW on DVD, I quickly popped in the Halloween Show and was quickly impressed with the whole set up and how seriously the office and Roster take's the company to bring in the best product in professional wrestling as they can!
You should of seen me react when I saw The very oh so sexy Pandora brew cut a promo on the northern Studd and mentioned Insane Plan, and later in the event mentioned me and Insane Plan on there telecast.. it was an awesome experience and truly the best highlight in the 9 years I have been working in wrestling.
The crowd was awesome, the in ring action was intense, the promos were excellent... everything an Indy show should have, they did 100% to give it.
not only was that important for me to see but the production of it was very well done, the Web site, the DVD layout, the announcers, the roster, the storylines, & the back stage promos. I mean... it is all but professional and as a Fan i am very very impressed and say this as a true professional that I am honored Insane Plan works with In Your Face Wrestlng and wouldn't have it any other way. The Thing that Makes Insane Plan soooo INSANE is that I took a risk of working with the company without ever seeing a single show not knowing the kind of company IYFW is and not that i have ever had doubts but there is always dirty promoters and wannabee wrestlers and not good quality of events that can easlity use Insane Plan as a tool for free publicity and i have had my run with the best of them but When i first learned about IYFW, i never gave it a sec. thought about the company, I just knew it would be a good thing and than when i finially got to review there DVD's and actually paid attention to everything that comes with there events including the fan base. I was very proud to know I was right and Not only was watching this on a professional side of things but I also looked at the roster and weather they were tag teams or against each other, every single one of the IYFW Star's worked very well with each other and was like a family that built the empire that is IYFW together.. I am sure they have ups and downs running every show but watching at least 5 Different DVD's of IYFW the last couple years, every event got bigger and better and I am glad I am apart of there family and watching the company grows a lot more in the future!!

Kentucky Road Trip

There is so much I want to share and discuss in this special edition of Thoughts of Insanity... I most def. sum this road trip in one word as adventure for me..
I purchased my tickets sometime in August to arrive in Columbus, Ohio this past Friday on September 25.. And to my fear there was a possibility that I might not go on the trip as planed because Pittsburgh decided to have a summit for all the world leaders to discuss whatever they think is important and due to there decision to have this in Pittsburgh, It became "INSANE" I mean, riots and protesters protesting stuff they have no idea what they are against to better the life of America but know how to better themselves on Television..

Well, I could go on and on about the G 20 Summit and what my political views are on the World Leaders but there not worth this much of my time, But the point of the Matter was it screwed up my plans to where they closed down tons of Businesses and Greyhound which was in that area.. After fighting with Greyhound to find out where it can still happened that I can take this road trip... I still was getting nowhere until a friend of mine watch the news and saw that it was moved to another location for a couple days in order to keep there distance from the G Summit madness... Once I arrived at the new location at 10 am which the bus would be leaving at 11 am.. They changed the times on me to where it was leaving at 1 PM, So once I learned that I have to wait for 3 hours, I was texting chrissy, Chrissy has been my friend for several years and who is a Staff at Misselizabeth.com and she has contributed to Insane Plan several times and also taking me on this road trip.. I was updating her on my status as well as venting about the ignorance of the workers and cops at this station, after the 3 hours which I think went quickly for me. I jumped on a bus to go to Columbus OHIO

The Bus Traveled from Pittsburgh to Canyonsburgh, Ohio and than from that point on off to Columbus...
Before I go on to detail my time in Columbus and seeing Chrissy again and the rest of the road trip, I have to share something off the wall that happened to me on the bus during the time from Cayonsburgh to Columbus...
I was very tired and being very patient with the change in the system to where I was being very quiet during my whole trip from hell to where a guy sitting in front of me who I believe called himself Freeze man or something like that and he looked like a combination of eneniem and The ECW's Sandman and was being very full of himself was making passes at this girl sitting in the area of where he and I was sitting at and she was taking no shit from him and there argument got the attention from the whole bus which I could not believe the Driver didn't make an announcement to stop it. He was making it clear to her that he was the sexist person the Bus and she pointed out to him that he wasn't, and sure enough she drew attention to me and made her way out to tell him that I was the sexist guy on the Bus... When he wanted her to compare the differences of me and him.. She said I got it all and all I have to do is Smile when he needs more work to improve his look.. Than when the argument got more and more intense.. The Girl made out her way to ask the whole bus to vote the sexist person on the bus which I received all the votes from both women and men.. I couldn't believe how I got involved the way it was put on me and MAN, I was beat red in the face and all I could do was laugh and smile in embarrassment.. Once I arrived to Columbus and was getting ready to find Chrissy who was picking me up, several of the passengers on the same bus came up to me and asked me how does it feel to be voted number one sexist person on the bus.. All I did was smile politely and say I wasn't expecting it.

Once me and Chrissy Found each other.. It felt like a warm welcome and a relief that I now know I will be going on a road trip for sure after a couple roadblocks blocking my path.. Chrissy had to stop home to make sure she got all the gifts and donations from Miss Elizabeth fans and members of the Elizabeth Web site and also her family wanted to meet me.. Once we arrived to Chrissy's beautiful home. I met her mother, grandparents and of course dimples.. They were very nice and wonderful people to talk to and it turned out that they were big Pittsburgh sports fans and related a lot with me on certain areas of Pittsburgh.. and also finding out they were from Wheeling West Virginia which also is where my dad's side of the family is from and later moved to Moundsville which was another area her family was familiar with.. It was cool to know that and again very wonderful people, Once we left her place I had to make out my way to tell Chrissy how wonderful they are.
So the trip begins once we left Columbus to pick up Renee in Gallipolis, Ohio as all you know is famous on Insane Plan as The writer of In the Corner with Nay Nay and also a staff mod. at misselizabeth.com and a friend of mine for several years.. It was a Two hour drive and me and Chrissy did nothing but bullshit about different stuff and the time was quick and before I know it, we were pulling into Renee's drive way and that would be my first time meeting Renee in person ever.. Once we were parked, Renee came out and welcomed us and she was so excited to finally meet me in person and gave me a Hugh hug with excitement.. Once we were welcomed in her home, I got to meet her mom which happened to be her birthday and me and Chrissy wished her a happy birthday and than off we go to Kentucky..

The Drive I believe was a 3 hour drive from Ohio to Kentucky and me, Chrissy and Renee had so much fun talking and laughing about any topic we were discussing and we only made one rest stop in three hours and I really enjoyed the road trip and having fun with Chrissy and Renee all the way to the Days Inn in Kentucky....
Once we arrived to the motel in Frankfort, Kentucky around 1 30 am.. We immediately chilled and hung out looking at Miss Elizabeth Pictures and taking pictures of silly stuff like me getting my freak on with Alexandra Burton autograph photo to Renee.. Around maybe 2 30, we decided to call it a night because we were going to have a long Saturday ahead of us. The three of us got up really early and preparing ourselves before we head out for our Saturday day.. This was very interesting to me and Chrissy when Renee was getting ready, me and Chrissy were watching TNA and they mentioned Miss Elizabeth on there programming which was interesting because of our timing being in her hometown to pay our respects... Our first stop was Wal-Mart because due to the hell I got caught up in due to the Summit, I didn't have time to buy a card and flowers to put on Miss Elizabeth Grave. So as we shopped for a little while, and I got her three white roses representing her dress from Wrestemania 4 and was able to find a beautiful card for her as well. Our next step was to go to her grave..

As we were driving, I was admiring how quiet and cool it was to be in Kentucky as I have never been there before and it was just sinking in that I was in Kentucky, it was a big deal. Than before I knew it we pulled into her grave site and than I got nervous.
As Chrissy and Renee got out of the car to start to set up her grave with the gifts and cards from other members.. I have to admit, I took my time by staying in the car trying to gather my thoughts because this was the moment I have been waiting for, the sole purpose of me taking this road trip and to pay my respect to the first lady of wrestling. Once I had enough courage to go to help Chrissy and Renee and to view her grave.. I just stood there looking in amazed that I am actually here in her hometown that she grew up in and to see her tombstone and also to see Chrissy and Renee getting emotional all at the same time trying to decorate her tombstone with tons of Gifts and cards from her fans.

It truly was an experience that I officially was able to meet her but not in the way I wanted to. But an honor to set my card and three white roses on her grave paying my respect that I have been waiting to since she passed away, and was able to share the experience with two great friends I met due to Miss Elizabeth who was responsible for us being here together.

The Amount of gifts and cards Chrissy and Renee Received from her other devoted fans to contribute to her grave was just amazing how Miss Elizabeth meant the world to all of us and how we all were together to show her respect for all she has done to show us how a male dominate sport can still have an act of class..

I can't remember which fan sent what gifts and flowers but I will say the championship belt was very impressive when I saw Elizabeth name ingraved on it and showcased it on the grave.. She truly was a champion... The wreath was gorgeous as gorgeous can be.. and the gifts from the other members were very beautiful gifts and flowers. and once we were done decorating and cleaning her grave site. We took pictures and again I stood there in amazed just staring at how beautiful me, Chrissy, and Renee set up her grave site. I even said to Chrissy and Renee while we were cherishing this moment together that I could sit here for hours and stare.. Another interesting note was that the weather was suppose to be horrible that day with thunder storms and sure enough the weather was perfect weather.

It truly was an emotional experience and I honestly am glad I shared it with Chrissy and Renee, I wouldn't have it any other way and trade that feeling for anything in the world.
Once we left the grave site, We were able to go to the look out to see the capital building of Frankfort and another honor for me to go and see and be apart of.. it truly was an awesome view and of course we had to take pictures. once we left and go to panera bread to meet Kate, who is a fan of Miss Elizabeth and also a member of the forum.. it was great to meet another Elizabeth fan, she is a beautiful person inside and out and we just talked and talked and didn't even order any food.. Once that was ended, we decided to go to Johnny corino's for dinner, an Italian restaurant, which by the way I LOVE ITLIAN FOOD!!! and if your in the area, check out the place!!! Anyhow we enjoyed the dinner and the waiter who looked identical to Kanye West was so great and friendly and he just smiled the whole time he dealt with us.. he truly was a very good man and what I thought was interesting was when he asked us about being in Kentucky and for what reasons.. Chrissy told him about meeting a friend and to go to Elizabeth Hulette's grave and he smiled and knew what we were talking about which makes me think that Elizabeth Grave just like the capital building is historical landmark in Frankfort. He even gave us some names of places to go check out in Frankfort recommending it as a great tourist attraction..
Once we were done with dinner, we decided to check out the High School Miss Elizabeth graduated from which was another great thing to look at and sure enough.. Chrissy and Renee took the risk of opening the doors which was unlocked and we snuck inside the school and the alarm went off and we shot out of there like a bat out of hell...
It was a great memory how we all panic and took off.... Once the day was coming to an end.. We got alcohol and celebrated in the motel with a little party and Renee got shit faced and experienced all levels of emotional stages in one night.. Renee had me and Chrissy cracking up with her cute wit and it was awesome laughing and having a good time as we did. This part is important to share.. (Sorry Renee, I love you but I gotta tell this story).... As you all know, Renee is the columnist for In The corner with Nay Nay and while she had too much to drink, she wanted to Plug insane wrestling by actually sitting in the corner calling herself in the corner with nay nay admiring her drink and yelling it out. and was telling me she just doing her job by promoting my web site only this time it was LIVE (LAUGHING)..
Anyway's after Renee hit pass out mode, we woke up Sunday and the three of us just were being lazy getting ready to leave the motel by 11 am... Once we did all we did was listen to music and discuss miss Elizabeth and everything else..
To finish off this report, before we dropped off Renee, We went to her Cousin Danny's grave in Renee's hometown and I was in awe as how beautiful his tombstone was and that Renee brought back a little gift from Kentucky to put on his grave, Ironically The founder of Bob Evens, Bob Evens himself was buried in the same graveyard and was able to see that as well, and also at the same place me, Renee, & Chrissy were checking out the view and looking over a river to see West Virginia on the other side. After that great Experience, Chrissy took me to the bus station to get my times changed to leave as early as possible, because it was going to be a long trip for me.. However the Bus to Pittsburgh was not going to come until midnight when we got there at 4:45 PM, I took the transfer to get to Akron, Ohio and than off to Youngstown, Ohio and made it to Pittsburgh by 10 PM and my friends picked me up and the adventure wasn't over yet, we got lost trying to find our way out of Pittsburgh and eventually we did and I made it home by 11 PM..

So in closing, I had no regrets or anything bad to say about this trip or the people I met along the way... even when it was complicated to get out there, it was still well worth it. The chance to hang out with Chrissy and meet Renee for the first time in about 6 or 7 years of knowing her was incredible.. Not to mention that the three of us were Misselizabeth.com originals, so it made so much sense to do this together. Both Chrissy and Renee's family are wonderful people and the whole town of Frankfort was an awesome experience, the people that lived there were very friendly people and I can see why not a bad word was ever mentioned against Miss Elizabeth, I truly understand why Miss Elizabeth was a beautiful person inside and out being raised in a community in Frankfort.. her grave was an emotional ride for me as well as Chrissy and Renee and an honor to go pay my respects and help miss Elizabeth fans to also show respect to the first lady of wrestling.
Although the traveling was ruff for me and like I said it was well worth it and would love to do this again and make this an annual thing in Miss Elizabeth memory and encourage all her fans to do the same... It truly is one of my best experiences I have ever had doing this road trip.

8 years of driving you insane & Deaf Wrestlefest Results

WOW, Has it been 8 years already? After all these years I have No idea where to start about since there has been way too many changes and ups and downs the last 8 years. I am going to start in the beginning and discuss the History of Insane Wrestling

I was a Hugh Fan of wrestling pretty much my whole life, but started to really be a fan in 1993 and haven't stopped since and once I got into High school I wanted to do and be much more than a Fan of the Business... With a Bunch of Ideas Popping through my head when I first got a computer at the time, I got in Contact with former WWE Women's Champion Leilani Kai which was a one e-mail type deal that ended us being extremely good friends. She was nothing like the character you saw on TV... She was a complete opposite from the person we saw in the 80's & 90s damaging her opponents. At the time when the World wide web was getting big, there were thousands and thousands of wrestling websites but not enough Women of wrestling websites, something Leilani Kai always had heat about women not getting enough credit in wrestling. So with an idea of women wrestling I wanted to focus on that as my idea of building a website. and As I talked to Leilani Kai, I mentioned to do an interview with her as my first since she encouraged me to build a website. She agreed and the interview is still posted today... However I was very green in that department and the Interview was kinda bad and what I know now had i known back than, I would have gotten that interview to be a sucuss considering all the stories bad and good that Leilani Kai shared with me for almost 5 years.. However out of respect for Leilani Kai, I choose to keep what she shares about the wrestling Bizness to myself. Once I completed the Intrerview with Leilani Kai I saved it for 5 months as I was developing a Women of wrestling website which I called WOW..

So The Interview was December 2000, and The WOW Site didn't hit until May 1st 2001.... Although it only received 2 hits a day and very little was on the site... What was featured was the Fan's View, WWE,WCW, ECW Roster History, WWE Women's Championship history, where are they now?, Obituaries, Guest Book, Polls, and the Glory Interviews including Fantasia, Stacy Hunter, Valerie, Erotica DeVine, Infynity, Beth Phoenix, Brandi Richards, Tracy Brooks, Lexie Fyfe & Lady Vendetta.... Since that time, I remain only good friends with Lexie Fyfe and Beth Phoenix went on to become a WWE Diva and Valerie (now known as So Cal Val) and Tracy Brooks went on to become TNA Knock outs... So although back in the Day I was new to interviewing and web building, i knew what women I wanted to interview and although I feel my interviews back in those times could of been better, I am proud of what I accomplished and due to it I have interviewed Ladies that were new to the sport at the time become top TV Divas and Knock-outs years later and I got the honor of being the first to know there goals and watch them grow in this Sport.

Pretty Much all of 2001 and 2002, I kept the web site a low profile only working on it here and there as I was new to HTML Codes and etc. and not that I was embarrassed of my work but wanted the site to be professional as Professional as it can be and at the time it was far from it... it didn't even have a lay out. the first year of the site..

Come May 1st 2003, I believe was still a WOW Site at the time, The Unthinkable Happened and The First Lady of wrestling Miss Elizabeth Passed away... I have been a big fan of the Macho Man & Miss Elizabeth storyline for many years that later contuined into WCW and Since she is the First Lady Of wrestling, I decided to Pay Tribute to her on the Website with a Poem and a request to all her fans to sign the guest book honoring Miss Elizabeth. Even my good friend Leilani Kai jumped on to do the same since she has worked with her in both WWE and WCW. This was the turning point of the website with the hits.. Since i allowed the fans of Miss Elizabeth to talk freely of what they thought of Lex Luger since he was apart of the tragedy... That was when I met Renee better known to all of you as Nay Nay on the site. What was once us being E-mail Friends turned into good friends that ended her up being on the staff of Insane Wrestling. Although I wished we met under better circistances.. none to less I am happy i did as she has been a big asset to the site for many years.

In between May and June I decided to expand the web site to do both men and women and have sections for fans of both genders and decided to bring in interviews of local indy wrestlers....
Since the Tragedy and the amount of Hits I receive I decided to focus more and more on the site with me Landing my first Big interview since Leilani Kai, actually a trainee of Leilani Kai, Lolipop with the recommendation of Leilani Kai.. She was a TNA Dancer, Remember Back then TNA was in it's first year and was known as NWA-TNA and was not known or seen by many fans...But TNA was growing fast with the right people directing it to the right Path. Anyway's Lolopop agreed to do the interview and discuss the newly formed TNA, Leilani Kai, her goals and her feud with Tracy Brooks at the time.

In the same month of June, With the connection of a mutual friend I was able to land an interview with Percy Pringle better known to the world as former WWF Manager Paul Bearer who was released from the WWE at the time, This Interview was the turning point for me as an Interviewer. I remember how nervous I was and shocked I was able to land such a high profiled interview. again I was new to the behind the scenes of the site and web building and still learning how to be a better interviewer and learning HTML Codes. That I wished my Interview with Paul Bear was much better but still an Honor none to less and with that being said The Interview is still posted today...

This Interview led me to my next high profile interview with David Heath better known to the world as former WWE Star Gangrel. This was done in September 2003 and again I was so nervous and I really took my time in this interview as I really wanted it to be great for the site and it was... That would be one of my better interviews I have done for the site.

so between 2001 and the first half of 2003, The site was at it's lowest point in history of Insane Wrestling and with the help of Leilani Kai, the tribute of Miss Elizabeth, and Interviews with Lollipop, Percy Pringle and David Heath, The site gained a little more attention and due to this I focused more and more on Interviewing, learning the art of wrestling, html codes, and Layouts... as the Site led into it's 3rd year I consider it the biggest year as I met Eric Shea better known as Crazii Shea a Local Indy wrestler from Maryland, what was supposed to be a one time Interview deal led us to being best of friends that still goes on today... One of the best things about the web site is you meet many great people and due to it... I remained friends with Leilani Kai, Lexie Fyfe, Renee, and Eric Shea who all became a part of history of Insane Wrestling.

Once I do interviews normally that is it and The interviewee goes on with his/her career and I move on to the next project for the site, but I do cherish the friends I made after the interviews are made public such as Leilani Kai, Lexie Fyfe, and Eric Shea... with Eric Shea, he was a struggling worker that was proud of the site for asking him for an interview and with me as his new friend, we helped each other establish his career as well as the web site. Eric Shea was a Big supporter of the site for focusing on indy workers and as I was starting to focus on The mainstream stars, Eric was able to get me into focusing more and more of my time on the indy scene..

which went over well with the fans of different territories... So I split my time working with Eric on pushing Local Indy guys and gals while I also maintain a way to looking for more mainstream talent on the site as a way to gain media attention as well as a fan base that also will notice the local men and women featured on Insane Plan..

That was the start of Insane Wrestling and I went on to focus on Facts of wrestling, The Fallen Stars, More and More Interviews, Crazy Bookings, Film, Music, Christina Applegate, MMA, and much much more.... It def. help me understand how the world of wrestling works and due to it, it was one of my biggest highlights creating something I never thought I could do and almost giving up on it several times in the last 8 years as well..

Now that the 8th year has come I thought I would Discuss the latest with this special update...
I for one Never thought I could land interviews with Gorgeous George, Shelly Martinez, and Lauren Brooke esp. under one update, as well as Lacey Von Eric which was an interview that was suppose to be from last year that is never before seen on the site...

I got to do a phone interview with George which I got to admit I got star struck because I have always been a fan of Randy Savage my whole life and she is part of Randy Savage's legacy and she came into her own after they both parted ways and for her to take the time and discuss her time in the Biz, is a HUGH HONOR for me and a memory I will forever cherish.....

I also got the honor to Interview Jason Cage from Pittsburgh.. For the last few years I have tried to find ways to work with wrestlers from Pittsburgh and it never goes according to plan and when I hooked up with Jason it was a big deal for me simply because he from my hometown and that interview is a MUST SEE!!!!!

After the day I interviewed George Frankenstein, I attended Deaf Wrestlefest that included such legends as Missy Hyatt, Brutus Beefcake, Shane Douglas, Dominic DeNucci, J.J. Dillion, Virgle, and many more. here is the results

1) Jason Gory drew Justin Idol (10:00)
This was the perfect Match.. I have seen Jason Gory wrestle in IWC a couple times and I am never disappointed in any of his matches, I do see a bright future for him in TNA

2) Private Twinkie pinned Eric Xtasy w/Krystal Frost

another good match and I have always wanted to see Eric Xtasy wrestle due to his popularity in Pittsburgh and I finally got the chance at deaf wrestlefest, I am also a Big fan of Krystal Frost and have been watching her perform for PWX since 2006 and was glad I got another chance to see this indy diva prance around the ring.

3) Powerhouse Hughes pinned Bill Collier

Great Match... Powerhouse Hughes is a great wrestler and knows how to make the fans go rowdy!

4) Patrick Hayes over Bobby Shields & Super Hentai

I have seen Super Hentai in IWC and just like Jason Gory, I see a bright future for him in TNA, this was an awesome match!!

5) Kris Kash & Anthony Alexander won over Shawn Blanchard & Lou Martin w/Frank Durso

This was a real good match and was glad to finally see Shawn Blanchard wrestle in person, There Manager Frank Durso is up there in age and was able to jump in and do what he has to do... he most def. did a great job being hated at ringside

6) Tennessee Ernie Nord & Seymour Snott won over Devin Devine & Dash Bennett w/Stacy Hunter

This was another awesome Match, I have been watching Devin Devine, Dash Bennett, & Stacy Hunter since 2006 in PWX and they never ever disappoint me as a fan... very good match

7) Brutus the Barber Beefcake over King Kaluha-disq. w/Stacy Hunter (Stacy got her hair cut!)

I was waiting for this match and got the honor to shake Brutus The Barber Beefcake hand at ringside, and talked to him for a quick sec. at his merchandise table... what's so cool about this Match was that Brutus came out in his old WWF gimmick and attire and even brought his shears with him.. a gimmick I haven't seen him do since he left the WWE back in 1993, another cool thing about this match was I talked to King Kaluha a couple years ago and was glad to see him come back to wrestle Beefcake and he was entertaining watching him on the Mic.... and last but not least Stacy Hunter a veteran in pro wrestling Pittsburgh was a big asset to the match and was glad to see her work with big names such as Kaluha and Beefcake as I think she deserves it.

Stacy Hunter got a haircut after the match which got a HUGH POP from the crowd

8) The Gambinos (Marshall & Mickey) w/Vicki Gambino won over

The Wrong Crowd (Brian Anthony & Paul Atlas) w/Curtis N. Stevenson

I was esp. happy to see Vicki Gambino, I spoke to her before the match and she is really nice and beautiful and sitting at ringside, I watched her cheer for her team and I swear she sprained her wrist at ringside, the match ended when Vicki interfered... great match

9) Dominic DeNucci & Dr. Cody Michaels & Shane Douglas w/Missy Hyatt
won over
J.J. Dillon & Beef Stew Lou Marconi & Handsome Frank Staletto
w/Count Grog

What I thought was the Main event wasn't which I am kinda glad it was earlier because I was waiting for this match for so many reasons, One I talked to Missy Hyatt for like a half an hour before the match and about 15 minutes after the match, She is so very very nice and one of the reasons I had to attend was to meet Missy Hyatt... She shared stories about the Nasty Boys, World Class, The Von Eric's, her up coming projects and so much more... she truly is a ledged in wrestling,....and me sitting at ringside I was able to see up close and personal the work Missy Hyatt does that I have seen do for so many years between WCW & ECW... She even smiled and winked at me while she was at ringside during the match

another reason was to see Shane Douglas, he pretty much came to the show right before the match and left right after the match, I never even got the chance to meet him... however he brought his little son who was about 3 or 4 years old to ringside and gave him to one of the fans sitting next to me holding him during the match so I was able to sit with his son and see Shane calling out to him while he was on the ring apron lol

Than there was Dominic DeNucci, a Famous Pittsburgh Wrestler that ended up in the WWE in the 60s and 70s, I never saw him wrestle and only know stories from my aunt who was a Big fan of his when she was a teenager and told me her many encounters of meeting him during the old territories

he has to be in his 70s but still was able to run the ropes!!
and also what headlined the event was JJ Dillion's return to the ring since 1989, which he was not much involved until the end when he tried to choke out Shane Douglas and he ended up getting pinned... after the match they shoved Dillion face into Missy Hyatt ass, which was her only involvement in the entire match

10) J.T. Hogg won Battle Royal!

I don't even know where to begin... there were tons of wrestlers everywhere that ended up J.T Hogg winning the match... he is very good wrestler!

11) Sara Brooks & Hailey Hatred won over
Morgan Rockefellor & Brittany Force w/Stacy Hunter

Great Match.. I do see a future for all these ladies to make it to the WWE or TNA, all great esp. Hailey Hatred, she is such a great wrestler and I had the honor of meeting all of them

12) C.J. Sensation won over Jimmy DeMarco & Apollyon

Another great match esp. seeing Jimmy DeMarco, he was really good

13) Sheriff Steele w/Mayor Mystery pinned Seth James

I was actually interested in Mayor Mystery, he really was a mystery

14) Leviathan pinned Wraith w/Johnny Demonic

Great Match and really was a battle of the giants

15) Dennis Gregory pinned Crusher Hansen w/B.C. Steele

From what I seen, this was a good match but I left the show in the middle of the match

16) Dynamite Dean pinned Bubba the Bulldog w/Aaron Lester

I left before this match took place

INSANE, INSANE, & INSANE

Hi, I first want to apologize for the extreme lack of updates on the web site which I wanted to write this thoughts of insanity column in place of my views and thoughts on wrestling and explain myself why I was MIA.....

This has been a hectic year for insane Johnny as I lost my Grandmother and Uncle (her son) not too far apart from each other and That I had major dental Surgery that was also a factor in my time to update the web site on a regular basisBut due to the dental surgery.. My life took a turn for the better and also for the worse as.... I realized it was time to be happy in my life after Surgery as I felt confident to go out and live a night life and have fun with a bunch of new friends and enjoy what little life I had left in me as it came at me.. of course I also risked a lot in the same sense as my personal life with my girlfriend, older friends and family went down hill. Not to detail the personal issue but lets just say that I will not be spending the holidays with the family this year.and on top of it, my computer is not working the way it should be and I have also picked up a lot of hours working at my job 6 days a week and over time that also keeps me MIA.

I know, your all thinking this is nothing but excuses and there is no reason I shouldn't make time for the web site and for all you fans that expect it to be updated all the time..

The thing of it is... what a lot of wrestling and non wrestling fans don't understand that I have been working on this web site for 8 years straight around the clock... If I did not have any work to go off of on the web site... I was gathering ideas for it... if not that I was promoting it, and if not that I was proof reading the whole web siteand if not that I was discussing it with the staff... This web site was my life since 2001 and I consider this my greatest accomplishment in my life as I have experienced more just doing this web site than an Indy worker wrestling.... there has been ups and downs and I wouldn't change it for the world.. Due to this web site, I got to go to indy shows as a reporter, I got a volunteer staff, I was able to interview Beth Phoenix (WWE Women's champion) her very first year in wrestling..I was able to investigate the death of Miss Elizabeth & the mystry of Sweet Georga Brown, I was able to interview the likes of Paul Bearer, Gangrel, Jacquelyn, and many more. The website was mention on Trash Talking Radio and I have met and stayed friends with MANY MANY MANY wonderful people due to this website

I was even offered spots on shows, and took a hand in booking wrestlers on shows as well as writing storyline scripts to help promoters seeking my thoughts... so for me to easily give up this web site is not possible as I do have a responsibility to maintain what I have worked so hard for the last 8 years....

I however will make an announcement that I will be retiring the web site after 10 years and possibly only maintain the pages with the most hits such as interviews, Dr. Wrestling column, Pandora Brew, tributes and etc. I have two years to think about it but just a warning that you should expect it if I come to that decision.

but on a more positive note.... I do want to Thank Nay Nay and Dr. Wrestling for still being loyal after months of not updating the site by sending me there work non stop.. and Honestly I do save everything I get..

So.. here is my Current Plan for the web site.... As you can see. I am way behind on the Wrestling recaps by Nay Nay and Dr. Wrestling Columns and also Will be debuting a new Column by Mat called stone cold Thoughts...

I will also will be posting In the vault hosted by Dr. wrestling and will start a section on MMA fighting by Dr. Wrestling as well...

I am also contacting for new booking clients as well as new fresh interviews. and will be updating the minor pages as well.

so stay tune for new fresh updates coming your way.

Thank you for all your support and loyalty to the web site

----Johnny Mikes

OLD IS BETTER!

I thought I Would discuss the wrestling product of the past and why I think it should be revive in today's wrestling world.
for starters WWE Sky rocket in the biz from the 80s and 90s and has come a long way from what it is today... but there were SEVERAL mistakes WWE Did along the way that I think should be Pointed out....
The competition, In the 1990s was the best time to be a wrestling fan..... You had the Monday night wars and ECW and local indys on the weekends...... It was pretty much wrestling on TV Every night depending on what company you watch on that day. in 2001 Vince McMahon bought out the competition and all that time to watch wrestling and a variety of your favorite stars were cut.
WCW and ECW might not have been as good as the WWE in a lot of ways but they were original with there products esp. ECW!! TNA however is the only company that has decided to give WWE a run for it's money and in a lot of ways has been successful with the TV Deal, signing over former WWE Stars, drafting high flying talent from ROH, building up the TNA Women's division and I am sure a lot more stuff down the road. Back when I was growing up.... You saw three companies go all out for the ratings, the stars, the attention and so much more.
Wrestling has pretty much died down a lot since the Death of WCW & ECW and the hugh mess of the benoit family tragdy and needs a lot of improvements....
here is a few things I would like to see back and improved.
1) Competition..... TNA is a very STRONG START and has brought great pride to there product... but we need to see a 3rd, wheatear it is a hard-core company or ROH or even if Ted Turner gives it another shot at opening up a company. We need to see a variety of wrestling out there and a variety of jobs for indys who want to move up in there careers.
2) Storylines... although there are a few storylines through out the years. We need to see a lot of good acting and interesting storylines to bring in the fans to watch... I give Stephanie McMahon credit for taking part in a lot of storylines WWE has done over the years and is responsible in most of the storylines that happen..
3) Gimmicks.... TNA has done good with there gimmick ideas and WWE has some good ones on there roster but we need to see a little more entertainment. and more creative ideas,, not relived gimmicks from the past.
4) Managers.... one of the things that drew me to wrestling as a kid was the managers, They were entertaining, they knew there place and how to get the job done and more importantly they made there stars look good when they came out... now days if I am not mistaken between WWE & TNA there are two male managers. one in each company. I think they should bring in a few more to help the younger talent get a push further in there career...
5) Women......I am a little impressed with the WWE & more so with TNA Women's division, however not with the women that enter a contest and than are called wrestlers..... I believe in the female part of the biz, that a wrestler is a woman that can run the ropes and take a bunch of bumps, and valets are women who make the men look good and get involved if they have to... and in the WWE, a lot of those women can be the perfect valets not wrestlers.
6) Former Stars....... TNA is pretty good at giving former stars a sec. run in the biz, but I would like to see more of former stars work full time in the WWE..... it would be nice to see Hulk Hogan, Macho Man, X-Pac, Scott Hall, Chyna, Steve Austin, The Rock, Sable, sunny, or even Luna Vachon and Gangrel come back for one last run, I am sure a lot of there fans would love to see it!
7) Hardcore....... Hard-core has a very big place in wrestling and in the WWE it doesn't even exist like it use to... Wrestlers took pride in putting there bodies on the line to give the fans there money's worth and ECW is responsible in bringing Hard-core to wrestling and with WWE reviving ECW as it's own brand, do we see hard-core hitting matches every Tuesday night like we did on Fridays and Saturdays when the REAL ECW had hard-core matches? it's almost a joke WWE brought back ECW because it is no different than what we see on Raw and smack-down, only it's an hour long and newer wrestlers... how many of the original ECW Stars even work in WWE now days?
So there you have it... I believe with changes to the current wrestling product, it could be as good as it was in the 80s and 90s.... But don't get me wrong.. I like new and fresh ideas to the product but at the same time i think they have a better chance by going what got them famous and that was The stars, the fans, the media attention and so much more...

Thoughts on 7 Years!!

Just a quick history of the big update once a year... After 5 Years was when I wanted just to do the 5th year annual as an honor for a free website to stay on the net as long as it did... and had no intention of making this a big thing every year as I would have every 5 years...

However, I saw the Hugh success on the 5th year anniversary when it came down to the amount of Hits that one day I posted everything from the insane past and new features...

I believe it also was the revival of the Miss Elizabeth Tribute which stars like former WCW Diva Daffney and WWE Star Lanny Poffo took part in honor of her life and tons of quotes from indy stars I first Interviewed, feedback, and columns in honor of the website

So a year has gone by from that point (last year) and was talking to Nay Nay about doing a 6 year annual update and if I should go for it... As Nay Nay always does is tell me to go for it.. and I did ... and it was even bigger than the 5th year update from the year before when it came down to the amount of hits...

That was also the year I got an Interview with Julie Hart and became good friends with her, Pandora Brew returned with a hard-core photo shoot, Nay Nay's journey to Miss Elizabeth's finial resting place, & Coffeenole's beautiful artwork which still stands on the main page, However, I was a little disappointed that I could not get any quotes for the website expect two from Amanda Violet which was my 2nd Interview I ever did at the start of Insane Plan and Crazii Shea who has been a big part of insane plan and also any quotes in honor of Miss Elizabeth as well....

but all the other updates for the annual update made up for it all as it was bigger than the 5th year... so Seeing the facts of the 6th year anniversary made me decide this will be a yearly event on The insane empire.A lot of great things That happen this years update. Interviews! I never interviewed so many under one update before and what better way to interview the list of stars that I did. First, TNA Knock-out So Cal Val and a quick fact about her is that The Website Interviewed her at the very start of her career back in 2002 even before TNA was ever a thought in the biz. And She was kind enough to return to the website for a new interview. Than you got Pierre The Beast Vachon from the famous Vachon wrestling dynasty and was nice enough to take part in this annual update. As far as Pierre Vachon goes, I learned in my own interview that he was a son of the icon Paul "Butcher" Vachon who I also Interviewed a few years back which is cool to have for the website. I got to also Interview former XPW, TNA, & WSX star GQ Money which is a must read interview and also an honor to have part of the website.I also was able to get the chance to interview Hyjinix and Meatball which is the first for the website and awesome to have part of it. However Crazy Bookings was hard to keep updated as I only was able to gather two to join the page such as D.J. Pringle and Eric Cooper.Than of course you got the Pages That never gets updated such as Pro Wrestling Mail Bag, facts, & Obituaries all set and ready for the fans looking for information with the research found for those pages. The Tributes were a big thing this year as I set up a poll and the winner would be the next tribute spot and that was Mr. Perfect which I have always been a fan of his since the late 80s. So next to Miss Elizabeth and Sensational Sherri, Mr. Perfect joins the two to be honor by the website. The Tributes I must say were a lot of work this year and I had to start early in order to keep up on everything else and not get set back due to it. New pictures for the three tributes, fan tributes, polls, and Timelines. However I will work on Mr. Perfect timeline later this year. This was also Tough to continue all the work as I have had to deal with personal Issues away from wrestling that set me back a lot during this project and a lot of incomplete work for the website as well. As schedule I had several more interviews planned but haven't got any back in time for May 1st but never too late to post them at a later time for the website....Of course Pandora Brew was announced for a Pandora shoot but has been post pond until the summer of 2008, and I planned a trip to Kentucky with Nay Nay and Chrissy which I canceled due to a family emergency. So a lot of UP's and down's in order to get things done by the deadline..

I also would like to Thank a list of Names who has helped with this project as well as the website history, Nay Nay, She has been working for the website since 2004 starting off as a staff mod. Than taking on the job as a TV/PPV Results reporter a year after that and has contributed a lot of her time to the Miss Elizabeth & Sensational Sherri tributes featured on the site. She has stuck by me when I was the most hated person on my own board after one opinion I stated and she was on point in backing me up... I most def. have to thank her for what she has done for this 7 year annual project as she kept up on the In the corner with Nay Nay results that links the board with the website's page. and contributed a lot of missing info, pictures, and columns to the tributes featured on the site. And the most toughest challenging job she did during this time was keeping me sane... THANK YOU!!! LOVE YOU NAY NAY

Next, I have to Thank ALEX!! She has been working for the site since the fall of 2006 as Pandora Brew. She has full control of the Insane Sex Kitten gimmick and does much more for the site than the fans see... She does a lot of promotional work for the site, has helped the website form a working relationship with slam all star wrestling (saw), slut puppy and has helped most of the SAW Roster gain interviews with the website... She truly is what keeps the website INSANE when each and every time Pandora Brew puts on that black wig!! Although Plans for Pandora Brew was post pond until the summer, She next to Nay Nay has took on a tough job for this 7 annual update project by Keeping me SANE!! Thank you Alex, love ya lover girl!!

Coffeenole, he has been working for the website since 2005 as a Staff mod. and the backbone of the Insane board... For this big annual update, he added and changed the board for the better and has worked so hard to keep the board INSANE... as well as me SANE as... THANK YOU COFFEE FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE FOR THE WEBSITE!! the board would be nothing without you!! it's a real honor a million times one that you are on the INSANE TEAM!!

Crazii Shea, GOTTA THANK MY BRO!!! He has been apart of the website pretty much since the start of the site and the site has been apart of him since his start of his wrestling career and we just grew from there and still keep up on each other.. He has been a real friend to me and has been there for me and has helped pick the website up when it had bad days to a point I almost retired everything I worked for to keep up on the site.... I love you bro and thanks for keeping the website INSANE!!!Dr. Wrestling has been apart of the website since 2005, writing columns faithfully and kept them as real as they come and did not beat around the bush on how he felt about the standers of today's wrestling.. Thank you Doctor for all you have done for the website... A real honor to have a Doctor of wrestling on the team!!I have to thank everyone who took the time to be interviewed, Sol Cal Val, Thank you for returning to the website after nearly 6 years since your first interview with the site...Thank you goes to Meatball, Hyjinik, GQ Status and Pierre Vachon... Thank you for bringing it to the table for the fans to read how much you work hard in this Biz. Thank you goes to Eric Cooper & DJ. Pringle for becoming crazy booking clients!!

And most importantly I have to thank the wrestling fans who keep the website INSANE and the staff working all the time to bring you the best a pro wrestling website has to offer!!

Thoughts of Insaniry

Welcome to the First column of Thoughts of Insanity, Even though I have been missing in action on the Internet due to problems with my computer as well as personal issues within my life, I have however kept up on WWE & TNA on TV and I am not sure about the rumors and the gossip that goes on around the Internet at this time. Thoughts of Insanity is supposed to be a column that speaks harsh reality of my opinions only within the crazy world of professional wrestling and the Insane updates within the Website itself. Way before my Computer Crashed, The debut column was in the works and I could not find the appropriate time to post my first column due to the Benoit Family Tragedy as I wanted to stay clear from the situation until all the facts are on the table.

It's been almost three months since the Benoit Tragedy and I can safely say that I can throw in my opinions as to what I think of Chris Benoit, Nancy Benoit & there little boy Daniel Benoit.

Growing up watching wrestling the way I did, I believe Stephanie McMahon said it best, you connect with the character and persona you see on TV growing up and with Chris Benoit, I did.

So when the news first broke out that Chris Benoit and his Family was found dead in there Georgia Home, I immediately thought of an attacker that committed murder to all three of them! I would have never thought in a million years after 10 years of Watching Chris Benoit that he could be capable of such a horrific act.

However as Millions around the world including me were shocked and proven wrong that he did what the media said he did and even after that I still tried to find ways around what would come out as the truth that still stands today.

I feel no pity towards him as a Man, a wrestler, and a Person. There is no excuse to his crime and the way I look at it is that, If your that dam depressed and wanted to die that dam bad, than FINE DO IT!! But don't take your family with you!! Nancy Benoit side of the family, the two older Benoit kids and Chris's side of the family as well as Million of Fans of both Chris & Nancy Benoit better known as Woman in her wrestling days have all suffer a big lost to Nancy Benoit and the thought of Daniel Benoit and the memories we all cherish during the WCW days have all been damaged due to the situation....

Nothing good came out of the situation but one thing I was glad to see over was that Vince Mcmahon Limo explosion angle... I mean, the cars blowing up everyday in Iraq wasn't good enough to not go forward with the storyline, the real death of Sensational Sherri a former employee of Vince Mcmahon wasn't good enough to end the storyline. It takes a current employee and his family to die to make Vince McMahon realize that a Fake death storyline isn't so funny any more.

What's wrong with this picture? I am starting to question the wrestling world as the worst form of entertainment than Rock N Roll when it comes to sex, drugs and politics. Just a year ago The WWE started the Wellness policy to assure that what happen to Eddy Guerrero won't happen to anyone else in wrestling and than all of a sudden The death rate in wrestling is more higher this year than any other year in history and one died the worse way just within this year so far.

As far as Vince McMahon is concern he has lost a lot of fans for the WWE due to the drugs that was caused in wrestling that harms all of our favorite superstars past and present. I am not Blaming Vince McMahon for the death of Benoit and his family as if drugs or roid rage was a factor in this case than that was done by Chris's choice and no one else but lets face facts here, if it wasn't for Vince McMahon there would be no Hulk Hogan, Macho Man, The Undertaker, Shawn Michales, Ric Flair, and the wrestling industry itself. He had a vision and turned it into an empire that we have seen grow through the years. Which means due to the tragedy of all the unexpected deaths in wrestling, Vince McMahon has to act fast in order to keep the WWE on top of it's game or if not than if were lucky TNA would be our only choice for wrestling TV.

I strongly believe that in order for Vince Mcmahon to make WWE stronger and over come the politics and media, he should bring back stars that have made an impact on the WWE such as the rock, Steve Austin, and anybody from the attitude era. and come up with a better storyline than the search for his bastard son.

Because we all know if Vince Mcmahon finds his son, he will be his manager for a month and then by Fall the story won't even exist.

Anyhow that is my INSANE thoughts of Chris Benoit, Vince Mcmahon, and the latest deaths and storylines.... Hopefully by next column it will circulate my opinions on rumors and other storylines within the WWE and TNA.

Thank you Insane Fans for reading the thoughts of Insanity and as always keep getting INSANE!!!!

Johnny Mikes
